We had this happen to us 10 days ago. Our battery wasn't charging. My EPMS triggered. Removed it. It still wouldn't work. An expensive shop visit later, I learned that the newest converters (25 and up) have their own "dirty electricity" detectors that shut off. (We own a 26 Forest River R-pod 180 HRE.)

I had the same problem. Went and bought a new converter. While waiting for the converter to come, I researched on utube. It showed me self resetting fuses on the tongue of the trailer. What I found was a too long positive copper joining bar grounding itself to the metal of the tongue. Cut that off and it was fine. All of my problems have been coming from those fuses. IE tongue jack stopped working. (bad connection) Should probably get in there and replace those or clean them up. I just put Dielectric grease on them. 2016 Heartland Prowler Lynx 18XL.

Always good to have a DC clip-on amp meter in your arsenal.  Roughly $50.  Kaiweets HT206D is a decent starter.  You can immediately tell, with very little effort, whether power is flowing and where it is going.  The learning curve is fairly quick... clip-on amp meters can self-calibrate when checking AC current, but you need to zero-out the amp meter in DC mode before clipping it on the wire to get an accurate reading.

Thanks for the great videos. I have a question about lithium batteries. We are full timers and do not boondock.  So the only time we use the batteries is while traveling or when auto-leveling upon arrival at a campground.  Do lithium batteries develop a memory from not being deeply discharged?  Should I run them down from time to time or is that not necessary?  Thanks very much!
