Steel balls scattered across the yellow platform are moved without the player ever touching them directly. Instead, an external magnetic wand is maneuvered across the clear dome to pick up each ball and position it above one of the small targets.
As the wand approaches the plastic surface, its magnet attracts the steel ball on the opposite side. Because magnetic force can act through nonmagnetic materials such as plastic, the ball follows the wand until the player moves it over a cup and releases it.
The simple game turns a basic principle of magnetism into a coordination challenge. Players must carefully control the wand’s position and distance while working through a physical barrier, demonstrating magnetic attraction in an unusually hands-on way.
