I was never a Swiftie, but now I feel compelled to send TS a letter of condolences! I mean, there is nothing worse (imo) than such a malicious betrayal from a best friend. Can you imagine your best friend telling you to do what they say or else they will blast all your most private conversations on social media. Can you imagine how distraught TS must have been all this time....since that last dinner in October (where I am sure BL and RR explained their plans, and that they would be needing TS's public support)....I wish there were photo's of them exiting that dinner date. You realize the only reason the letters were stricken from the record is because they were filed in the wrong court, right? This judge dismissed it, forcing it to go before the judge overseeing other parts of this lawsuit in DC. Once that judge rules on the matter, this evidence will be allowed back before the NY judge. Friedman knew this, but filed the response letter anyway to get the info out to the public. The sworn affidavit was him doubling down on the authenticity of the information about Blake's extortion and witness tampering, putting his career and reputation on the line. It was a genius lawyer move.. and a genius pr move by TS team.

My frustration with a lot of the people who are fervently anti-Baldoni is that it's very clear that they have taken "Believe All Women" so literally that they cannot be swayed whatsoever even with blatant evidence in front of them.
At this point even if Blake were to completely retract and say "I made it up" a chunk of them would still argue to their last breath that "she is just saying that" because "she's been so victimized she has no other option but to make it go away by saying it didn't happen." Like, it's a level of delusion I can't believe is real.

I now know what happened. This is my opinion. Taylor told Blake that Blake needs to come out and admit that Taylor had nothing to do with the movie. That is what Blake needed to do to save their friendship. Blake did not do this. Because then she’d be caught as a liar. But Taylor felt that she needs to bite that bullet and suffer the consequences of whatever that is For the lies that she spread. But I also do think that these earlier communications about leaking the text and deleting text was a really big hurdle to get over. But when Blake doubled down and did not come clean about Taylor’s actual participation, I think that’s when Taylor gave the go ahead to expose what Blake had threatened her.

I think people still have to be vigilant about the source that gave Brian the information. Taylor would do anything to save her image and get out of this lawsuit, go to extreme lengths to save her brand. And by writing that affidavit Brian put himself in a position where he has everything to lose. If the information is untrue Taylor’s source has less to lose - they’re just doing their job - protecting Taylor .
