I hope everyone remembers TS is by no means an innocent in all of this. Although I was never a big fan of her music I did have respect for her. As a young woman she built a career that she worked incredibly hard to achieve and has continued to build more and more success. But through this case I've lost complete respect. TS had been best friends with BL for years.  She knows BL character.  BL has been horrible to others while being interviewed many times. We all have seen it. TS has seen it.  The fact BL is so comfortable on air being nasty then TS knows exactly who her bestie is.  BL never shuts up and believes she is justified in attacking others. TS is now being heard only because she is the focus of her besties rage. Do not be confused on her intent. Justin Baldoni is the victim.  His wife and children are victims. He has no work due to BL. He has had to seek mental help due to BL. He and his wife fear for the safety of those innocent little girls. His income that supports his family is gone. Because of BL. And TS knew from the start her bestie was lying about the SH/SA. She knew all of it was a lie.  TS isn't doing anything to help the victim that her bestie has been terrorizing for her own gain. TS could have helped JB by letting some one know she knew her bestie was making false allegations. But she didn't care. Still doesn't care. She got a subpoena and her bestie turned on her. So her team is acting fast to protect TS, her career, her image.  Even if info from her comes out that helps JB it's not for him. She cared nothing about any of this or the people being hurt. This is strictly about protecting herself. She has shown herself to be just another selfish, entitled, soulless individual just like her bestie. She couldn't be bothered to help a victim. That's truth. And once again the image she has for her fans is fake. If she was the person that her image portrays she would of cared what was happening to a good human being at the control of her best friend. Or maybe thought about his young children.  Ms. Swifts character is in full view by her own doing.

This is so fascinating. Freedman had to take this to the LA court first because it was relevant to that case. But if he'd gone to DC first, they might have kicked him back for the same reason. I get how this is not in the Judge's jurisdiction but how can he say these statements are libelous? It's not in his jurisdiction, that's one thing, but to say it's libelous when there is a name attached who is willing to testify if need be...that in and of itself seems libelous by the judge himself. This letter from Freedman to the Judge from unnamed source is illegal. No Judge takes the word of unnamed source and not only did the Judge strike the letter from the court, he told Freedman that if he does anything like that again, he will be sanctioned.  Anything coming from anonymous is suspect. The Judge is really angry at Freedman for salacious letter just to manipulate a potential jury but also to have Swifties fans go after Blake.  In DC if Freedman does that letter again, that Judge will strike the letter too and admonish Freedman.  Freedman did the letter just to get Swifties against Taylor.  It backfired because now Taylor really is fighting being deposed by Freedman and going on the witness stand. Taylor is more mad at Justin for dragging her in.

Anyone who has picked up even a little bit of Taylor Swift knows she has that mean girl edge and that's probably what her and Blake's relationship was based on. Blake thought they were just having fun being itchy and snarky about people and having mean girly fun and turns out Blake wasn't just a mean girl, she's the enemy in sheep's clothing. This was a smart, shrewd move by Freedman. He knew that his filings (including the affidavit) would get tossed by the judge and removed since they were germane to the case at hand in front of this judge. I know what you're saying about why Liman tossed it out but you gotta have alarm bells go off as soon as you see 'brother of a director'. I mean, could there be any reason why judge Liman wouldn't want to upset the power couple too much?
I do appreciate BF doing things this way. He knows that in cases like this things can get easily buried. So they are a lot less objective - yes, they provide coverage but for more accurate information go elsewhere.

I think it could also be a close family member etc who has reached out to Justin lawyers. It makes PR sense that TS lawyers want to get Taylor story out there while to the public, it helps her still look like the full VICTIM overall. I don't doubt this PR move to be true at all. I think Taylor may be more innocent than guilty but it does pose questions as to 'what type of chat/text exchanges' occurred to use them as a strategy to intimidate Taylor to 'bend the knee' to Blake/team. I can imagine now how this 'girl/support/feminist friendship is right now.

No, according to simply golden when it’s between lawyer and lawyer, it is no longer attorney client privilege and he’s not telling Brian something that Taylor said in confidence. He apparently was the one called and then the threat was given to him so lawyer to learn this is an under attorney, lawyer confidentiality. This is lawyer to lawyer so they can talk to each other.

Judge LIMAN NEEDS TO RECUSE HIMSELF. He has direct connections to Blake lively and indirect connections (a LOT of them) to Ryan Reynolds. His brothers Doug Liman is a director and producer in Hollywood who did a political commercial with Blake, his connections to Reynolds are much more connected than that. Basically is friends with everyone Ryan Reynolds is friends with and Ryan even gave Channing Tatum the chance to be GAMBIT in Deadpool and wolverine, after Gambit was unable to get off the ground with director DOUG LIMAN. Judge Liman has also had issues recently where he didn't recuse himself from high profile court case where his wife held stocks, meaning he sat on that bench for 18 months and said NOTHING. This judge may not be trustworthy. Why is he not being questionednor removed for obvious CONFLICTS OF INTEREST?
