Habe die letzten 3 Wochen Wild Hunt gezockt (zum 6 mal), bin jetzt im Blood a Wine dlc, hab heute auf remaster geupgradet und oh man, hätte ich das mal lieber bleiben lassen. Gerald hat ja so oder so kein lautes Organ, jetzt hörst ihn gar nicht mehr. (auch nicht wenn ich umstelle auf Heimkino etc). dann das ganze geruckle. Gott sei dank kann man die Kamaradistanz im Kampf, in den Settings wieder auf original stellen, sonst haust die ganze Zeit nur in die Luft. Danke CD Projekt, dass ihr eure Mona Lisa noch mal mit Wachsmalern verunstaltet/verbessert habt. Nächstes mal bitte als seperate alternative, so das ich das alte Meisterwerk so weiterspielen kann wie es perfekt war. witcher 3 von 10/10 auf 07/10 ?

this is legitimately false advertising.  I looked at recommended system specs from multiple sources, including CDPR directly, and they were surprisingly low, but optimization is key and I actually believed the originally posted specs would run the game.  Now AFTER RELEASE and AFTER pre-orders we get entirely new tiers of recommended specs.  This is false advertising and there should be a class action lawsuit.

I'm sorry I don't like the remaster. With PT on, everything is very bright. The original lightning style (which was excellent) seems to be lost. It reminds me of Bright Souls 2 when it was remastered which i also did not like as it changed the atmosphere for the worse. Please match the lightning style of the remaster to the one from complete edition which was much better.

Nice that the remaster is for free. Bad is that you can't use the visual upgrade on Linux because CDPR is intentionally disabling it when Wine (Compatibility layer software) is detected.
Still playable on NixOS out of the box.

When the news of a new Witcher 3 DLC broke I thought surely I must've misheard what they said, but no; Just as Geralt himself probably thought, I believed he would enjoy some peace and quiet going into retirement.

Alas it would appear that peace and quiet can't really seem to find poor Geralt.

A remaster that can easily be worth 100$ full priced and 60$ for owners, is now completely free. Thats just incredible!
