  • [ytcid:UgxZc30df9ir-LqNDhZ4AaABAg] I am a DV survivor and I really don’t get why people are so upset i had to google what the drama was about because as an non American I didn’t know and after reading about it I still haven’t change my opinion. Do I condone what CB has done absolutely not but . This happened 17 years ago Rihanna forgave him and even ask him to collaborate on music a few years later. They went to a concert probably invited by usher where multiple artists performed including CB just because they went don’t mean they support CB or his past they are not responsible for his past and just maybe they didn’t know like me. They probably went to watch usher by invited and cb was also there to perform like other artists We can’t except them to background check on everyone’s past before going to a concert or even recommend a movie or book. Should we all do background checks when we watch a movie or read a book or even when we buy clothes or cars to see if anyone has a shady past. And why are people not upset at Rihanna for asking him to collaborate on music with her few years after or all the celebrities that went to concert or following him on instagram. It was concert nothing more, they didn’t have private dinner with him or hanging out in private or even started to follow him on instagram. And what about all the female artist or celebrities that has been violent towards their partner nobody is judging them. I can separate music from the artists not all can do that and that okay. I am not disappointed with them at all they went to a concert had fun nothing more. BTS helped me through a very hard time in my life but they are not responsible for my feelings or mental health. they came in my life when I needed them and helped me through the hardest time in my life but they were never responsible for fixing me or anything like that that in on me. They are not responsible for everyone’s moral compass They are humans to and they probably have learned a lot from this we need to remember that they can make mistakes or even doing something we might not agree with with.

  • [ytcid:UgwALrZCiNmmoww-aoV4AaABAg] THE BLACK OCEAN IS TERRIBLE, JUST TERRIBLE, I totally understand why some people are disappointed BUT IF YOU COME TO THE BTS CONCERT WITH A BLACK OCEAN IN MIND THEN YOU ARE HONESTLY NOT AN ARMY. period.
  • [ytcid:UgxsYGBw-mT6EnWZmel4AaABAg] Ask yourself WHY does this AFFECT you so much , it AFFECTS you so much because you rely, trust and love Joonie and Hobi , so REMEMBER that you KNOW them and you KNOW WHO they are , so give them sometime and allow them to process this, GIVE THEM TIME don't expect some quick shallow apology, and voice your OPINION in the most RESPRESPECTABLE WAY ever , because YOU know them. DO NOT HATE ON THEM AND I MEAN DO NOT COME AFTER THEM BECAUSE IF YOU DO THEN YOU SHOULD JUST BACK AWAY from them.
  • [ytcid:Ugxnw8ci6-oWqXZ3iAJ4AaABAg] DJ jino, another reactor who is Korean, said that the news from the Western music industry is barely covered in SK or even in Asia and that they don't care what happens in the West. That they have enough news and gossip in their own country. And that they don't have Google and what they see on their search engines and even on their social media, is completely different as what we see in the West. He said that most people in South Korea might know some of Chris Brown's music, but that they don't even have an idea what he looks like. The Rihanna thing also happened 17 years ago and RM and J-Hope were only 14 at that time and social media wasn't even a thing back then. And you can like someone's music and think someone,is talented without agreeing with everything that person says or does. And it doesn't mean that if they take a picture with them or make a video with them, that it means that they're friends. He also said that half of the Western artists or at least rappers had some criminal fact in their past and do people cancel those too? They measure with different standards. Some still think about them as idols that have to be perfect and flawless and be a role model for everyone...
  • [ytcid:UgxMgM8raKxCo-cknIN4AaABAg] People bringing up other artist that are dead when disscussing seperate the art from the artist do you really not think supporting the living who can use the money you give them to further harm others and people who are dead are the same thing. Like I do not say I have all the answers of whats is right but come on
  • [ytcid:Ugy7300QWwUWOWvSldF4AaABAg] Can't help but feel that the pushback for Chris Brown is stronger than other problematic associations because Brown's fans are predominantly Black and Latino Americans. It's really easy to push back against someone who wasn't a big musical influence for you, personally. And honestly, for BTS to do the music that they do and not show respect to the people who did it first... that would be VERY problematic. Don't get me started on how I see redflags with musicians like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, Charlie Puth etc..
  • [ytcid:Ugy9o3BsI6n0fcePzXt4AaABAg] Just because someone likes an artist doesn't mean they know about them personally. Rm and hobi don't even know what he is like as a person or what he did.they don't have the time to follow celebrity news .they just went to enjoy a concert.are fans really this blind. I think bts should Stop updating what they do in their personal hour because some people are dumb af
  • [ytcid:UgykcdqB-izmJ7Rm7xd4AaABAg] It’s not necessary to know every detail about an artist’s personal life. Just for comparison, when this happened in 2008, I was young, and even though I was living in the U.S., I didn’t know about the Chris Brown incident because it wasn’t something I followed or paid attention to. And saying that simply attending his concert means someone supports domestic violence is absurd. By that logic, are all 140 million of Chris Brown’s followers DV supporters? People can follow an artist, listen to their music, or attend a concert without knowing their entire personal history or without endorsing everything they’ve done.
