[ytcid:UgxLp9oFtUNXhQ4CPL14AaABAg] Yeah no, nah, not doing this, bts is why I got into kpop but then i drifted to other groups (thank god, i dont want to have given them my views) and only sometimes enjoyed their music out of nostalgia or because the were actually good and now I'm just out, I dont wanna listen to them ever again, the are CLEARLY not bothered to be aligned to what they say they believe in, I care about women, I AM a women, I care about the children in Gaza, I care about AI not ruining the world and taking out jobs and if they dont then I'm leaving. I'm not gonna make excuses, they are GROWN men, they can fucking learn to be decent people, there is no way they dont know an of this, at that level of fame with a team behind them, there is no way they dont know.

I didn't follow them so closely so I didn't know all of their interactions and stuff, partly this is bcs internet was only began to enter my hometown. I followed them few years after that and then the whole scandal with Burning Sun and Seungri came up. I was well aware that I didn't know these people but to hear Seungri was one of the main perpetrators in that scandal.. Knowing he was THAT evil was a slap to me. What I'm trying to say is.. You may think BTS/these men as wholesome or whatever but you don't actually know how they are in private. I know there are statistics about Korean men being violent as that's why there's a huge feminist movement on South Korea these past few years. But I could not think that maybe just maybe some of these BTS members are just the same as Seungri in private. Idk. That's why they do these things with the Nazi, Chris Brown etc. They just let it all out and there are people who still thinks they've done nothing wrong. I call BS.

[ytcid:UgwSES6HEQnKHKg0VdN4AaABAg] RM has always had issues with allegations of plagiarism, misogyny, racism, etc. but he makes his apologies and his fans justify and excuse him, BTS fans infantilize them when it benefits them and declare their maturity & masculinity when it suits them to a fault! Their company deflects and protects them from mistakes they shouldn’t be making cuz they’re their cash cows! Cultural appropriation and racism has always been a problem in K-pop and they make their apologies ONLY when there’s backlash but there’s never any growth or education! Rm, I feel gives a lot of lip service but there’s no real sincerity as you’ve shown and proven but his fans will surely make excuses for him! I’m sure most K-pop fanaticals do it for their faves but enough is enough, they must ALL be called out! Being Korean is no excuse for NOT knowing about history, social history/norms/acceptances and racism! Everyone else in the world knows but South Korea doesn’t? Gmafb ?

I've always wondered how he is such a cultural phenomenon in Korea... all I've ever heard about him was yet more abusive behaviour and yet more court hearings. Heck, I didn't even know he danced?? Honestly,,, having seen stories of how misogynistic Korean men can be, I can't say I'm surprised Korean men hang out with a man known for assaulting women... I'm just disappointed
